My dorm room is big and comfortable and the roommates are really nice and always help clean up. Over the holidays, the school usually organises long trips to places like NYC, museums, Six Flags Amusement Park, etc. During International Education week, we did a lot of interesting activities such as hosting a tea party. I did learn how to make tea and tried tea from other countries. On the weekend, the school takes us to play bowling!

"This is my last semester at Arizona Western College. AWC is where I placed my first step into the United States. This college has enhanced and encouraged me to keep pursuing my career. I have learned both academic and realistic lessons that I will never forget. I have met so many people here who are always ready to support students by any methods. I am going to leave but not without forgetting to bring everything it has given me. Arizona Western College is great."

"Three years ago, I came here to study. I struggled with English and classes, and I was afraid to ask for help. On the first day of my stagecraft class, we were asked to talk about ourselves and I decided to talk about my struggles. That changed my life. My professor told me to accept who I am, to love myself. He explained that I am not alone. I am so lucky to have selected FM. FM not only taught me math, English, and chemistry, but also taught me about life and helped me to become who I am today. Most importantly, FM gave me a family. Literally. I met my husband here."

"We choose FMCC because the school is not in the big city like NYC so the environment is better and has fewer distractions. Professors are really nice and friendly, especially to international students. When you live in the dorms, you will have opportunities to learn more about other cultures. We have buses to go to the bank, or market three times a week. It's free so it is really convenient for students."

"At FMCC, besides studying, I also have many opportunities to participate in clubs. Right now, I am a member of the Business Club and the International Students of the World Club. Through these clubs, I can do different activities such as fundraising and take part in traditional events such as Thanksgiving or Christmas. It is really good for you to improve your communication skills and understand the American culture." Watch To Dieu Binh's video.
