"After finishing my bachelor degree in cybersecurity and working as a security engineer, I wanted to further enhance my knowledge. I was aware of the expertise of the course coordinator and decided the quality of the course was guaranteed.
During the course I earned my OSCP, a certification for penetration testing. Another great part of the course was working on creating and designing intended vulnerable machines for academic purposes, based on my OSCP experience – which further enhanced my penetration testing and server configuration skills. Through the project work I’ve been able to enhance my current skill sets and learn new skills, and discover and showcase my abilities. It’s really built up my confidence and the skillsets that I will need for working in the cyber industry.
Curtin also provided great teaching support. My lecturers were available and even in off-class time they were willing to help. At my request, during semester break they also gave me projects to further my learning."
