Griffith University

At Griffith, we are committed to helping international students achieve success by providing quality education, guidance and support.

The highlight of my Griffith experience so far has been the study abroad opportunities that Griffith has. The university has networks in so many countries that you're practically spoilt for choice as to where you want to temporarily study. It's such a good experience, and Griffith has really nailed all aspects of getting students to have a broad network of opportunities.

Griffith offers many support services that have helped me adjust to university life. The provided orientation activities helped me learn my way around the university, and student admin were very helpful with fixing any enrolment issues that I had.

The support systems have always been like a guiding path especially during the first trimester of the university. They helped in almost everything that concerned the mental, physical or educational areas.

"Queensland has the right mix of great weather, nature at your doorstep and city life without having the hustle and bustle of Sydney or Melbourne. Where I am located in the Scenic Rim it is just a short drive to the Glasshouse Mountains, Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. A quick trip in the other direction offers white sand beaches of the Gold Coast and the mountains in the Gold Coast Hinterland."

Griffith Mates, an organisation of Griffith International, helped me a lot in my initial transition - with enrollment in my courses, they took me on campus tours and tours to the city and kind of made me feel welcome and showed me the Australian culture."

There were very many new students from different countries around the world. Some of the country names, I had never even heard of. For this, I give credit to Griffith University because in one move my view attained global perception." Read more about Hartinder's experiences.
