*Vice-Chancellor Scholarship Winner* The quality of academic teaching at Bangor University is excellent. It is so because it really focuses on providing the student with a tremendous amount of academic support like no other place I know. The academic staff, librarians, cleaners etc all want to help you. Bangor is beautiful! It is surrounded by many mountains and water bodies and I would recommend to students to explore the area as there are also many historical and beautiful castles to visit.

My highlight of being at Bangor is the social life and the teaching quality. I felt like the teachers were paying attention to the students and it was nice, since I was used to teachers who did not care about their students (back in France). I had a great social life and it was also very easy to make friends since I was living in Halls and involved in the different societies. Overall, it was a nice experience to meet new people through sports teams and societies. I liked living in Halls, especially because the security was very good, I didn't expect that much security, I felt safe and most often the common areas were clean too.

"I received offers from other fantastic universities, but I ultimately chose UCD due to the robust international program, superlative sports facilities, and graduate employability rankings. (UCD has been ranked No. 1 for Graduate Employability in Ireland by QS World Rankings for five consecutive years)."

"I regularly feel like I fit in due to the city's vibrant and friendly nature. I am confident I made the right decision. Who else offers a chance to ride the hot air balloon almost every weekend? I would not want to be anywhere else."

The Student Support Scholarship has been such a blessing, I have been able to focus more on my studies and less on the stresses of affording my finances and tuition. Receiving the 20% discount on my tuition has also assisted me in my decision to transfer from the LLB program to the JD program, given the JD program has higher course fees and the discount balanced out the increase in fees under the JD program

I chose London Met on the grounds that it offered higher education that is recognised worldwide. London Met has lots of international and European students. I had the chance to meet people from around the world and made friendships that will last forever. The University is a truly multicultural society, with a great mix of people from different backgrounds. As a student, you'll get to know people from all over the world and be inspired by many cultures.

"I wanted a law degree that will allow me to incorporate my undergraduate degree with my postgraduate one. Not only was I attracted to the university because of the prestigious reputation of its Law School, but also because of the conversion course it offers, which opens up a wide range of careers through its programme structure."

"As a Swedish person, I was always dreaming about living and studying in a country that was sunny and hot all year-round. Starting studying overseas was, however, a big step for me to take. The amount of support I receive, not only from teachers and professors, but also from other platforms outside my degree, that Bond University offers, is outstanding. I could have never imagined... reaching the level of English I have achieved in less than a year."

"The classes at Bond are small and always engaging and I feel that I get to learn more that way. The courses are designed to help you achieve a practical understanding, they teach application as well as theory, which I think gives Bond graduates the edge in the job market."

"As an international undergraduate at Bristol, I’ve personally experienced that settling in as an international student isn’t always easy. For instance, having to deal with opening student bank accounts to experiencing the famous fresher’s week can be quite overwhelming."

"Bristol is a largely student dominated city, which certainly makes settling and adapting as an international student easier. One of my favourite things about University of Bristol is the number and diversity of societies that accommodates for almost every single student’s interests."
